I ran about 4 miles from my hotel to here to meet up with some surfing friends. What a glorious morning, a great beach, and so nice to taste salty water after spending so long in Finland (the Baltic Sea is a lake – don’t let anyone tell you otherwise).

Gotta love these books that package stuff like Voodoo and Meditation in kits and Dummies books. I can think of a few I could write as well – ‘The Pocket Catholic’, ‘Top 10 Hindu Mystics’, ‘Simple Gregorian Chants for the Housewife’, ‘Saints and Sinners, a round up of Christianity’s Celebrities’, and so on.
